In any case, this is sort-of a permissions post but it mostly will only come up if you try to fight this fucker. Or if he tries to fight you. Which might happen.
To cut to the chase Kon here is a Bloodbender. Y'know, like in Avatar (literally), except he kind of skipped the Waterbending part and was born as a pure Bloodbender. Which means he gets to do some cool shit like this (avatar: the last airbender spoilers). .... sometimes.
SEE HERE'S THE THING HE'S KIND OF NOT THAT GOOD AT THE MORE UH, ADVANCED TECHNIQUES OF BLOODBENDING so it can be a case-by-case basis. So if you plan on fighting this fucko at any point please respond with the following,
>are you okay with being puppeteer'd?
>are you okay with getting cut up?
>are you okay with your/anyone's blood being used as some kind of weapon?
>are you okay with POSSIBLY spontaneously exploding limbs?
>are you okay with other bodily fluids being fucked with like, honestly this is really vague I know I'm sorry but bloodbending is wild
